RETURNS
All regular-priced items are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, if you’re unsure about the fit or style, please keep your undergarments on while trying on swimwear. Salt & Steam reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
If you paid a shipping fee on your original order, it is non-refundable unless we made a mistake (for example, if the item was damaged or incorrect).
To initiate a return, email us at support@saltsteam.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange for a courier to pick up the item from your home. Please do not send items back without first contacting us - we can’t accept unapproved returns.
Returns can be dropped off for free in at our facility in central Tel Aviv. If you'd prefer courier pickup, a 30 NIS shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? We’ve got you.
If you'd like to exchange an item, please reach out to us at support@saltsteam.com and let us know what you’d like instead. If it's in stock, we'll hold it for you and arrange a pickup of the original item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship the new item out - no extra shipping fees on our end.
Prefer a faster option? You can return your original item and place a new order right away - we’ll refund you once the return is processed.
If you'd like to exchange for a different model or color, please process it as a return and place a new order for the desired item.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Please note that sale items and items purchased with a promotional code (excluding our Welcome Newsletter discount) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If preferred, you may contact us to arrange an in-person return in Tel Aviv.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@saltsteam.com.
DAMAGES OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
